Sian is a seasoned executive with 25 years of leadership experience in account management and operations, specializing in Core Government Services. With 19 years dedicated to supporting the British Columbia Public Sector and five years in the travel industry, she has a deep understanding of IT and business process outsourcing across diverse sectors, including health services, customer service, collections, service desk and contact center management.

Sian has successfully led large-scale delivery organizations, including serving as Managing Director of Revenue Services of British Columbia, where she oversaw billing and collection services for the Province. She has also played a pivotal role in launching and scaling large operations, managing large teams to support major U.S.-based telecommunications and internet service providers. Her expertise lies in delivering high-quality service, driving operational excellence, and fostering business growth.

She is responsible for account management and business expansion within Hosting Services, including Data Centre and Managed Services for the Ministry of Citizens' Services and the broader public sector.

Elaine has held Senior Finance Professional roles for over 15 years in a variety of organizations in Vancouver and Victoria. Ranging from profit start ups to medium-large mature organizations, she is eager to share her breadth of knowledge from public and private sectors (including public companies), not for profits and charities, and covers Education (post secondary and K-12), Health, Insurance, High Tech, and Forestry. Her passion for contributing to strategic direction with long range financial planning and supporting businesses through growth is reinforced by her experience in Finance and Operations, and her technical accounting abilities.

As a people person and a positive change agent, she believes strongly in a collaborative culture. A constant advocate for process improvements, Elaine looks to leverage knowledge skills, abilities, systems, and tools of all organizational teams. She finds great reward in growing people to create successful, sustainable, and scalable companies. Staying curious and finding out the why with a learning mindset, provides opportunities to learn from others and continue personal growth. As CFO, she is responsible for the Finance, Contracts, and Procurement functions at Advanced Solutions and values strong relationships with Operations, Customers, Teams, and Leaders in the work environment.

Ashley is a results-focused leader with over 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience, delivering high-quality services to the organization. She joined Advanced Solutions in 2005, shortly after the company was founded. Ashley leads the Human Resources team and directs the overall strategic goals and business objectives of corporate HR functions, as well as the strategic alignment, development, and delivery of corporate-level HR programs and initiatives.

Ashley has successfully led several human resources staff transitions, from contract negotiation through to employee onboarding. She plays a key role in maintaining a strong, labour-friendly work environment at Advanced Solutions and is responsible for union relations within the organization.

Dean Stanton has 28 years of experience in Information Technology, specializing in leadership roles across consulting, customer service, and operations. At TELUS Corporation, he served as the Director of Information Services for Managed IT Services, where he led a team of 140 and managed senior-level relationships enterprise clients. Dean played a key role in the successful migration of one of the largest TELUS Data Centre projects in Western Canada in 2014. He also led customer-facing teams supporting national and international clients, ensuring top-notch service Earlier in his IT career, Dean was a Senior Product Manager at Syscom Consulting Inc. There, he led the Customer Service Management and Project Management Office, contributing to the growth of IT outsourcing services and improving operational practices. As an executive business lead, Dean is responsible for overseeing the contractual and operational obligations to our clients.

Paul brings over 20 years of visionary IT leadership across the public sectors of British Columbia and Ontario. His career has been defined by a deep commitment to digital transformation, innovation, and public service—particularly within Health Sector, where he played an important role in developing key programs during the COVID-19 Pandemic, where his leadership accelerated the deployment of critical infrastructure, leveraged AI-powered tools, and strengthened cybersecurity frameworks.

Paul is the Executive Director of Application Delivery and Innovation, supporting a mix of diverse teams and bringing excellence to our customers and colleagues. He holds a Master of Information Studies from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Victoria, and Agile Leadership training from UBC’s Sauder School of Business.
